Walmart found it necessary to connect their leaders to Millennials, to find ways to be relevant and engaging to this generation.

To get the leaders to understand the importance and ease of digital communication for Millennials; Walmart's traditional analogue way of brand communication was revamped into a digital forum via a micro-site for the management team.
