Walmart needed to connect their leaders to Millenials to find ways to be relevent and engaging to this generation. To get the leaders to understand the importance and ease of digital communication for Millenials, we revamped Walmart's traditional way of brand communication by turning their analogue forum into a digital forum via a micro-site for the management team to understand their target market.
