Reimagining an Iconic Brand
Best Buy needed to reinvent how they communicate and engage with consumers in the digital age.

A series of summits were designed to reconnect the internal team, align the leaders, and energize their leadership. Collaterals such as books, booklets, and cards were produced to tell the story of Best Buy—creating a new narrative for the brand and challenging the leaders to reimagine the brand from a brick-and-mortar store to a more digital brand.

Information design was developed for the summits to engage the leaders, foster understanding of the goal of the summits through interactive participation, and connect the leaders towards a shared vision and mission for the future of Best Buy.
