Advocates were assembling that research by hand before every meeting. Chevron needed one place to understand who they were engaging and what mattered now.

The product became a stakeholder intelligence app: find the right official fast, then move through a single profile built for decision-making, not research. User research drove a mobile-first experience for advocates between meetings. End-to-end product design from strategy through launch-ready UI. Deployed internally; outcomes remain confidential.
